Padel Coach

Job Description

We are looking for a coach to run some of our vibrant group sessions at the Redland Green Club. We have a popular adult programme and a brand new junior programme and we're looking for someone passionate to continue to grow the programme.

There is also plenty of potential for the right candidate to run some private coaching sessions.

Venue Overview

Redland Green Club is a not for profit club bridging the gap between the small stand-alone tennis club and the large corporate multi-sport venues like David Lloyd. We have 7 tennis courts, 6 squash courts, 2 padel courts and a recently refurbished gym.

With over 100 padel members and with over 400 children on the tennis programme it has great potential to keep growing the padel programme and has a great community feel about the club.

Person Specification

We are looking for a passionate level 1/ intro to padel minimum coach who is confident working with groups of all ages and standards.

The ideal person for this role needs to be enthusiastic, reliable as well as a great communicator.

They must also have a genuine passion for padel and other racquet sports and the ability to drive and develop an adult and junior coaching programme.
