Job Description

Surge Padel is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Padel coach to deliver coaching session as part of an all year round program. The candidate will be responsible for delivering group and private lessons as well as promoting the benefits of membership to the local community. There is considerable scope for the right coach to develop the role and build a solid income and career.

Person Specification

• Ideally level 2/3 qualified coach.
• Up to date LTA Coach accreditation.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Coaching role.
• Must have a passion for Padel, Racket Sports and all things health and fitness.
• Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Well organised and enthusiastic with good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• The ability and drive to develop junior and adult players to their full potential.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
• Must be reliable and willing to work weekends.
• The successful candidate will work within a team of coaches.
• Opportunities to help further develop the coaching program.
• Should be willing to coach all ages and abilities in a variety of different sessions and venues.
